- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and backups
- Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system efficiency and performance
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related field
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be required to work a standard 40-hour week. Travel may be required to complete job duties.
