Role Summary:

As a Client Care Specialist, you will be essential in facilitating our veterinary services. Your primary duties will encompass welcoming clients and their pets, overseeing patient check-in and check-out processes, scheduling appointments, responding to phone inquiries, and ensuring a professional atmosphere. You will serve as a vital link between clients and our medical team.

Key Duties:

  • Deliver timely and courteous assistance to clients and their pets
  • Manage patient check-out, invoicing, and payment transactions
  • Uphold cleanliness and professionalism in the reception and work areas
  • Field phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff
  • Assist with patient rooming and documentation during sensitive procedures
  • Ensure inventory is well-stocked with pet food and merchandise
  • Conduct drawer reconciliations and manage end-of-day financial deposits
  • Complete any additional assigned responsibilities
