Job Overview

Coastal Connections Connecticut is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also driving sales and promoting new products and offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service and support during in-store interactions, ensuring that clients receive a positive and personalized experience.
  • Compliance: Maintain high levels of compliance by adhering to both retail and client practices, ensuring that all sales and customer interactions are conducted in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the sales team to best address customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Training: Attend marketing and sales training sessions offered by clients and our own team, staying up-to-date on the latest products, services, and sales strategies.
  • Sales: Drive sales by promoting new products and offerings as needed, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and grow the business.
Requirements
  • Goal-Oriented: Be a goal-oriented and driven individual who is motivated to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Problem-Solving: Possess a self-starter attitude with the ability to problem-solve and adjust approach as needed, ensuring that customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
  • Customer Service Background: Have a customer service background, although not required, as prior experience in a retail or sales role is not necessary, as we train 100% from the ground up.
  • Flexibility: Be able to work a full-time schedule with allowance for flexibility if needed, ensuring that customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
  • Team Player: Possess the ability to work both in teams and individually, ensuring that customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
