About the Role

As a BCBA on our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing individualized intervention plans to serve the needs of our clients. You will provide support and supervision to behavior technicians, caregivers, and in some cases, the Clinical Supervisor. You will also attend regular supervisor meetings and conduct clinical case reviews with other supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop individualized intervention plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Provide support and supervision to behavior technicians, caregivers, and Clinical Supervisors
  • Attend regular supervisor meetings and conduct clinical case reviews
  • Lead the application of treatment philosophy in the field
  • Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Develop progress reports detailing client achievement
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Conduct supervision, parent education, and adaptive behavior treatment protocol modification
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
  • BCBA-certified or hold qualified licensed healthcare professional status
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with autistic individuals
  • Minimum of 2 years developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans
  • Previous experience with conducting Social Skills Groups
  • Previous experience as a Behavior Technician implementing ABA treatment plans
