Key Responsibilities- Territory Management: Effectively manage your assigned territory, ensuring optimal coverage and engagement.
- Education and Training: Educate healthcare organizations and referring provider offices on new food offerings, enhancements, enrollments, and outcomes.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve service issues related to healthcare organizations, referring physicians, their staff, and patients.
- Network Growth: Grow the network of healthcare organizations and providers through new provider recruitment and business development opportunities.
- Presentation Preparation: Gather and prepare presentation materials for training sessions.
- In-Service Organization: Organize and conduct office managers' in-service, including training, marketing, and education materials.
- Activity Logging: Maintain detailed visit and activity logs in our CRM system, tracking issues raised during visits.
- Escalation: Escalate unresolved issues to the manager/director for tracking and resolution.
- 2-4 years of experience in healthcare plan or management service organization in healthcare organization or provider relations.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- PC literate, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Canva, etc.
- Strong customer service skills and experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- This position requires local travel (within 50-mile radius) at least 80% of the time.
