Key Responsibilities
  • Territory Management: Effectively manage your assigned territory, ensuring optimal coverage and engagement.
  • Education and Training: Educate healthcare organizations and referring provider offices on new food offerings, enhancements, enrollments, and outcomes.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve service issues related to healthcare organizations, referring physicians, their staff, and patients.
  • Network Growth: Grow the network of healthcare organizations and providers through new provider recruitment and business development opportunities.
  • Presentation Preparation: Gather and prepare presentation materials for training sessions.
  • In-Service Organization: Organize and conduct office managers' in-service, including training, marketing, and education materials.
  • Activity Logging: Maintain detailed visit and activity logs in our CRM system, tracking issues raised during visits.
  • Escalation: Escalate unresolved issues to the manager/director for tracking and resolution.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare plan or management service organization in healthcare organization or provider relations.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • PC literate, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Canva, etc.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • This position requires local travel (within 50-mile radius) at least 80% of the time.
