We are looking for an experienced Telesales Representative to join our team at Ray Givens - State Farm Agent. As a Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for promoting our insurance products and services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce them to our insurance offerings.
  • Identifying and qualifying leads for our agents by gathering relevant client information.
  • Staying up-to-date on the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.
  • Following up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for our agents.
  • Providing initial information to potential clients and answering their questions about insurance options.
  • Maintaining and updating a database of prospects and client interactions.
  • Ensuring all communications adhere to State Farm's guidelines and compliance standards.
Requirements
  • Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Good organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner.
  • Strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to our agency's growth.
