Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and closing deals.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Product Development: Stay up-to-date on insurance products and services, providing clients with expert advice and guidance.
  • Operational Support: Provide administrative support to the agency, including tasks such as data entry and record-keeping.
Compensation Package:$60,000 - $80,000 per year + bonus structure, plus benefits including paid time off and professional development opportunities
