As a Customer Relations Representative, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences. You will be responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

You will also use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening, and be enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, plus commission/bonus, hourly pay, health benefits, profit sharing, paid time off, valuable experience, growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my agency, and a hiring bonus in the range of $250 - $500.
