Senior Executive Coordinator

In-Office Position

Location: Greenway Plaza Area

Compensation: Up to $110k

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse range of administrative duties, including overseeing a highly active calendar, preparing expense reports, drafting and handling confidential communications, and organizing comprehensive travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Ensure the schedules of Senior Leaders are adhered to and respected, acting as a gatekeeper for their access.
  • Investigate, prioritize, and follow up on incoming matters and concerns, particularly those of a sensitive nature, determining the appropriate actions or referrals.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the Senior Leaders' office and various internal departments, demonstrating leadership to uphold credibility and trust with senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Leaders to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Lead initiatives to cultivate relationships essential for organizational success and manage various special projects both internally and externally.
  • Balance conflicting priorities; address issues promptly and proactively, ensuring projects are completed successfully, often under tight deadlines.
  • Assist in organizing the agenda and logistics for senior management meetings.
  • Attend to personal matters for Senior Leaders, including personal event planning and additional support as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience providing executive-level support.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
