Job Summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood and other specimens from patients, ensuring proper labeling and processing, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood and other specimens from patients using venipuncture and other techniques
  • Ensure proper labeling and processing of specimens
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and laboratory staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned by laboratory management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous phlebotomy training or experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
