Key Responsibilities
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, your duties will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive and tailored experience.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with customers while conveying essential information about our vehicles and services.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory and dealership offerings.
  • Collaborating with finance and management teams to ensure accurate and efficient completion of customer paperwork.
  • Achieving and surpassing sales targets and objectives.
  • Employing effective sales strategies, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up.
  • Utilizing CRM software to monitor and manage sales referrals, activities, and goals.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of two years of customer service experience (sales or finance experience is not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A self-motivated, coachable, and customer-focused attitude, along with a strong work ethic.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

What We Offer
We provide a guaranteed base salary of $5,000/month (approximately $29/hr.), in addition to commission opportunities. Our sales professionals typically work around 40 hours a week, allowing for a balanced lifestyle.

Our compensation structure is performance-based, with the potential to earn between $60,000 and $200,000 annually. Our average sales professionals earn around $80,000, with top performers exceeding $100,000 each year.

We also offer an exceptional Paid Time Off (PTO) policy, including:

  • Six paid holidays each year
  • Close to two weeks of PTO within the first year
  • Three weeks of PTO by your fourth year
  • The ability to roll over seven PTO days into the following year

In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance with company contributions, as well as dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance options.
