Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support to internal teams, resolving complex IT issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
- Collaborate with Level 1 support engineers to escalate and resolve issues requiring higher-level expertise.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems for optimal performance and availability.
- Document and track support requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in deploying and configuring new hardware and software.
- Administer Microsoft Cloud and On-Prem Active Directories and manage M365 tenancy administration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to offer informed support and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in a technical support role, with at least 1 year in a Level 2 support position.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud Infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, Firewall configuration, Data Protection, and Backup procedures, and Information Security best practices.
- Experience with networking troubleshooting and configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
