The Shift Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for leading and guiding our crew members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest leaves feeling satisfied and valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and develop crew members to meet high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Monitor and control food and labor costs to optimize profitability
- Execute company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records
- Provide coaching and feedback to crew members to improve performance
- Anticipate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of restaurant experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods
