Ensemble Health Partners is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems. We are seeking a Patient Access Representative to join our team. As a Patient Access Representative, you will be responsible for performing admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital. You will work within the policies and processes of the organization and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign accurate MRNs and complete medical necessity / compliance checks
  • Provide proper patient instructions and collect insurance information
  • Receive and process physician orders and utilize an overlay tool
  • Operate the telephone switchboard and relay incoming, outgoing, and inter-office calls
  • Adhere to policies and provide excellent customer service
  • Conduct audits of accounts and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Pre-register patient accounts prior to visits and collect point of service collections
