Position: Branch Manager (Full Time)
Compensation: $55,000+ with comprehensive benefits and quarterly bonuses.

Location: Elkhart, IN

This Branch Manager position focuses on developing a cohesive team and ensuring operational efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include enhancing client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. You will lead your team, oversee branch operations, and collaborate to meet our objectives. This is a hands-on role that emphasizes teamwork and results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruiter Management: Supervise and guide Recruiter activities to meet weekly performance indicators set by the Director of Recruiting.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate training for new employees and support the ongoing development of staff.
  • Applicant Oversight: Manage applicant flow to ensure successful placements.
  • Branch Operations: Demonstrate proficiency in all operational tasks within the branch, actively participating in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates as necessary.
  • Compliance: Conduct daily I-9 and E-Verify audits to ensure complete accuracy and follow up on any outstanding cases.
  • Job Postings: Ensure that 90% of job postings are active on job boards and determine which postings to promote on additional platforms.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain a high Google Review rating by encouraging team members to solicit feedback from satisfied employees.
  • Community Involvement: Organize and lead at least one community engagement activity each month.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Foster communication and cooperation with other departments.
  • Client Communication: Provide consistent updates to clients to ensure retention.
  • Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processes to resolve issues within two hours for clients and workers.
  • Client Order Management: Prioritize and assign orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Travel Requirements: Be prepared to travel to client locations and attend off-site meetings weekly.
  • Collaboration with Business Development: Work closely with the Business Development Manager to meet the recruiting needs of clients.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant staffing or management experience.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry and ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of client job positions and their requirements.
  • Experience in a recruiting or similar staffing role.
  • Detail-oriented with high levels of motivation and initiative.
  • Effective leadership skills with the ability to mentor staff.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Flexibility in work schedule is required.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and training.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to other office locations.
