Position: Branch Manager (Full Time)
Compensation: $55,000+ with a comprehensive benefits package and quarterly bonuses.

Role Summary:
The Branch Manager position focuses on cultivating a robust team and ensuring operational efficiency. Your involvement will span various areas, with a primary emphasis on client satisfaction and nurturing long-term relationships. You will lead your team, oversee operations, and collaborate to meet branch objectives. This is a hands-on role where teamwork is essential to achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiter Management:
    Oversee and guide recruiter activities, ensuring weekly KPIs set by the Director of Recruiting are met. Conduct training for new hires and facilitate ongoing development and coaching for staff. Manage applicant flow to ensure successful placements.
  • Branch Operations:
    Demonstrate the ability to perform all operational tasks within the branch, actively participating in sourcing, interviewing, and placing applicants as necessary. Conduct daily I-9 and E-Verify audits to maintain 100% accuracy and follow up on any open E-Verify cases. Ensure that 90% of job postings are active on job boards and determine which postings to promote on additional online platforms. Achieve and maintain a 4.5+ Google Review rating by encouraging team members to solicit reviews from satisfied workers. Organize and lead at least one community involvement initiative each month. Maintain communication and collaboration with other departments. Ensure consistent communication with clients to promote client retention. Assist with payroll-related processes to provide timely solutions for clients and workers regarding timesheets, payroll corrections, and missing hours.
  • Client Engagement:
    Prioritize and categorize client orders to ensure successful fulfillment within two days. Travel to client locations and attend off-site meetings at least once a week. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to understand and meet the recruiting needs of both new and existing clients.

  • Strong leadership skills with the capacity to mentor internal staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule as needed.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous education and training.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
  • Ability to travel to other office locations within the state.
