Role Summary: As a Sales Associate, you will assist our Members by offering Property & Casualty and Roadside Assistance insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize effective sales techniques and product knowledge to identify and fulfill customer needs, generating new sales to both prospective and existing Members.
  • Overcome objections and close sales effectively.
  • Conduct thorough insurance reviews to recommend suitable products and coverage options.
  • Provide a sales experience that enhances Member satisfaction and loyalty to the AAA brand.
  • Proactively seek new insurance sales through inbound and outbound calls, marketing lists, and cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven sales skills with the ability to track, follow up on, and close assigned leads.
  • Familiarity with desktop systems, including Microsoft Office applications.

Education and Experience:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience is required, with a preference for candidates with insurance industry or call center experience.
  • Ability to obtain the necessary state-issued licenses to sell property and casualty insurance within thirty days of hire.
