Position Overview:
PeopleShare is currently seeking a Subrogation Manager for a prominent auto insurance firm. This is a direct hire opportunity that offers a comprehensive benefits package, including Health, 401k, Dental, and Vision.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation:
$80,000 - $100,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall recovery operational performance, ensuring optimal personnel and vendor efficiency while enhancing processes for both subrogation and salvage operations.
  • Manage the intake, reconciliation, and processing of outside vendor invoicing in collaboration with accounting and support teams.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the operational or legal sector of a Property & Casualty auto insurance subrogation or salvage department.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing a team of associates.
  • Proven track record of building effective relationships with direct and cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
  • Knowledge of Property & Casualty underwriting and claims processes.
  • Experience with salvage processing procedures, identifying potential subrogation files, and managing collections or litigation for subrogation recoveries.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including CCC One estimating platforms, IAA/Copart salvage platforms, Arbitration Forums, and Microsoft Office Suite.
