We are seeking a highly skilled Drywall Estimator - Project Manager to join our team at 2H Talent. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the safety, quality, and schedule of our projects, as well as ensuring compliance with contract terms.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day construction activities and ensure the successful execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to company safety programs and policies, and promote a safe working environment for project team members and subcontractors.
- Estimating and Budgeting: Develop and manage project estimates, budgets, and schedules to ensure profitability and quality.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including proposal and project-related communication.
- Team Leadership: Provide training and guidance to construction coordinators, craft supervision, and assistant construction project managers as needed.
- Experience: Well-rounded diverse candidates with commercial drywall or painting projects experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening. Strong organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking.
- Education and Certifications: Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
