Job Details
  • Salary: $17-$18 per hour + overtime (estimated annual salary: $35,000 - $37,000)
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay

  • 401K with company match after eligibility time period

About the Job

You will be responsible for responding to emergency service requests, including fire and water damage mitigation, mold remediation, HVAC ductwork cleaning, and temporary repairs. You will work closely with Restoration Supervisors to ensure customer needs are met and maintain a clean job site and company vehicle.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; training or certification in restoration services preferred
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time; repetitively push/pull/carry objects; lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 occasionally with assistance
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must possess a clean driving record
  • Ability to respond to losses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during rotating on-call shift schedule
