**Job Title:** Regulatory Compliance Specialist
The position of Regulatory Compliance Specialist is available at Sinomax USA. We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure our products meet customer compliance requirements.
About the Role:
- Understand customer requirements and regulations, applying them effectively to all aspects of product development and lifecycle.
- Maintain regular communication with various teams, including Sales, Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, and Shipping, regarding compliance updates and changes.
- Liaise with Quality, Production, and Shipping teams to ensure regulatory compliance audit completion.
- Provide guidance on regulatory compliance for new product development, packaging, and labeling.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years manufacturing compliance experience required.
- Knowledge of compliance in the bedding industry preferred.
- Project management skills to see tasks through to completion.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral.
- Able to work independently with little direct supervision.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, accidental death benefits, and eligibility to participate in a safe harbor 401(k) plan.
