Product Compliance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Compliance Analyst to join our team at Sinomax USA in La Vergne, TN.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing compliance and be knowledgeable about regulations in the bedding industry.
- This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting with special projects as directed and maintaining regular dialogue with the Quality Compliance team, Shipping, Supply Chain, PD, and Product Brand & Packaging teams.
- Seek feedback from Sales team on any proposed rules and regulations and disseminate state/local regulatory bulletins, customer requirements, updates, and notices.
- Provide regulatory guidance and ongoing regulatory compliance support in relation to new product development, packaging, and labeling.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. The company offers a standard benefit package including medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, accidental death benefits, and eligibility to participate in a safe harbor 401(k) plan.
