Key Responsibilities

The Senior Condominium Property Manager will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our condominium properties
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of our condominium management team
  • Developing and implementing budgets and financial plans for our condominium properties
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our condominium owners and residents

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
