Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Property Management Professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring well-managed and well-maintained facilities that meet the needs of our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management, with experience in financial and operational performance, marketing, and compliance. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly variance reports, overseeing maintenance activities, and developing relationships with constituents, owners, and vendors.

This is a full-time position offering competitive benefits, including health, dental, life, and disability insurance, as well as a generous 403(b) plan. The salary range is $65,000-$90,000 per year based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee overall financial and operational performance of properties
  • Prepare monthly variance reports
  • Responsible for marketing activities
  • Ensure compliance with tax credit requirements and regulations
  • Identify and coordinate maintenance activities within budgetary limits
  • Develop and maintain relationships with constituents, owners, and vendors
