Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at The Deamer Group. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in the home setting and working with clients on individual learning skills and behavior.

Job Summary:

The Registered Behavior Technician will work closely with other RBTs and colleagues to implement ABA treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ABA principles and be able to work effectively with children and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy.
  • Collect and graph session data, implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Timely submission of bi-monthly required documentation.
  • Communicate problematic clinical issues with respective supervisor.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on shared cases on a regular basis.
  • Write session notes within 24 hours of services rendered.
  • Professionally represent Spectrum Analytic consulting when engaging with the public.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Behavior Technician or BCaBA preferred.
  • CPR certification.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience working with children.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, and insured personal transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work alone while maintaining a sense of teamwork.
  • Ability to maintain a safe environment for students and staff.
  • Must have the ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
