Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Susquehanna Community Bank. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting our bank's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process personal and commercial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Provide fast and friendly customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote and explain our bank's products and services, including deposit products, customer convenience services, and consumer and mortgage loans.
  • Prepare and maintain various reports and records, relating to currency transactions and BSA reports.
Requirements
  • Proficient communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient math and computer skills.
  • Six months cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
