Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Engine Calibration Specialist to join our team at LER TechForce. As an Engine Calibration Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting vehicle-based evaluations and calibration of engines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support various aspects of engine calibration development
  • Conduct projects with a high level of professionalism
  • Meet and/or exceed client technical and timing expectations within project budget limits
  • Plan experiments, setup and data acquisition, analyze and interpret results to guide future tests
  • Prepare presentations and reports
Requirements:
  • BSME or BSEE degree
  • 3-4 years of calibration experience
  • Past experience with Stellantis
  • Understanding of engines
  • Experience with powertrain/vehicle data acquisition
  • Engine calibration experience
  • Demonstrated teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional customer communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience in vehicle & engine testing and calibration
  • Demonstrated ability to lead testing/calibration projects and provide direction to less experienced engineers and technicians
Preferred Skills:
  • Working knowledge of all types of engines
  • Engine pressure calibration
  • Experience in engine diagnostics
  • Programming skills (Excel/Visual Basic, Matlab, etc.)
  • Data acquisition equipment HW/SW (ETAS INCA, ATI Vision, CANape, CANalyzer, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project, etc.)
