- Utilize effective time management skills to oversee orders and resolve issues throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements.
- Maintain integrity and foster strong relationships with customers.
- Resolve customer invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience is necessary.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
