Automotive Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Bi-lingual Automotive Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Steve's Hometown Toyota. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional product solutions, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Nurture and build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle, taking into account their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, options, and the latest technologies, to provide expert advice to customers.
- Deliver high-quality vehicle demonstrations and presentations to showcase our products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to overcome objections and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and well-groomed personal appearance.
- Valid driver's license.
