Retail Fixture Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Installation Supervisor will oversee the set-up and take down of fixtures in retail locations for American Greetings. This individual will manage new store sets, existing store resets, re-fixturing, and moves in customer locations. The Installation Supervisor will lead a crew and be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and managing team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and manage a team of Crew Members to ensure efficient and effective installation processes.
  • Responsible for disassembling existing fixtures, modifying fixtures, and reassembling fixtures to meet company standards.
  • Use a master log to determine the schedule, establish manpower requirements based on district guidelines, and arrange for crew arrival time.

Travel and Logistics:

  • Daily travel is expected, with occasional overnight travel required.
  • Responsible for company vehicle maintenance and expense management.

Requirements:

  • Experience with cabinet set-up.
  • Good people skills.
  • Organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and fixture assembly.
  • Good driving record.
