Business Analyst, NetSuite

Fortrea is a leading global contract research organization (CRO) with a passion for scientific rigor and decades of clinical development experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with internal business applications and cross-functional teams to analyze, design, configure, test, deploy, and support features on our NetSuite ERP.
  • Be responsible for building and maintaining a best-in-class ERP to support the needs of the business entities we support.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to collect and document requirements and desired business outcomes.
  • Use agile philosophies, process engineering, and critical thinking to design simple, scalable solutions to meet requirements within the NetSuite ERP ecosystem.
  • Manage the backlog of work and regularly present status updates, solutions, and decisions to various levels of the organization.
  • Maintain documentation, including ERP/company data dictionary, KPIs, NetSuite design/architecture, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field of study from an accredited university.
  • 5+ years of NetSuite ERP experience, including working with supporting vendors, performing business analysis, and administration work.
  • Experience with HIPAA and GDPR Compliance, software validation, clinical research, or healthcare industries is preferred but not required.
