This is a challenging role that requires a superior dialysis nurse, mentor, and clinical expert who can deliver high-quality care and ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being.
Responsibilities include:
- Training new staff members
- Coordinating ESRD patient care and services
- Trend lab values and track metrics on vital signs, weight, outcome management, etc.
A minimum of 18 months of registered nursing experience is required, as well as a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience is preferred. Estimated salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
