About the Role: The Clinical Learning Coordinator position at All Medical Personnel is an exciting opportunity for experienced nurses to develop and deliver education programs that enhance clinical skills. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify learning gaps and create training solutions

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of education activities and participant feedback

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of recent experience as a nurse educator or clinical instructor
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS preferred
  • Active state nursing license

Salary and Benefits:

We offer an estimated salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include day 1 health benefits, weekly pay, direct deposit, travel reimbursement, and state license reimbursement. We also offer a $1500 referral bonus program.
