About the Role

Corner Alliance is seeking a highly experienced Deputy Program Manager to support our Federal government client in overseeing a government program aimed at enhancing national infrastructure security and resilience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with overall program objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice and technical guidance to project staff to ensure that all project objectives are met.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project management plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of project deliverables, including status reports, financial reports, and other required documentation.
  • Manage stakeholder engagements, coordinating meetings, briefings, and other activities to support the program's goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines, policies, and standards, and maintain high levels of quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the Program Manager in cost forecasting and variance analysis, ensuring that the project stays within budgetary constraints.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of program/project management experience, with a focus on infrastructure security or national security projects.
  • Strong experience in cost forecasting, variance analysis, and budget management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and high levels of visibility.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior government officials and other key stakeholders.
  • An active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) access
