Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy Program Manager to support our client, CISA. This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days of remote work and 2 days of on-site work in Washington D.C. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, hold an active PMP certification, and possess a minimum of a Top Secret clearance. Additionally, the candidate should have prior experience supporting cybersecurity-related organizations, preferably CISA.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the full authority of the Program Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless program execution.

Provide program management capability and professional business relations with a diverse customer base and across a multi-disciplined team, including Acquisition Managers, Executive Assistants, Business Analysts, Financial Analysts, Strategic Communications, Graphics Artists, Training and Exercise personnel, Information Managers, and Data Analysts.

Formulate and enforce work standards, assign schedules, review work discrepancies, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.

Integrate and coordinate all activities needed to execute requirements, including timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification, Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), timely identification and resolution of issues, effective/responsive management of Subcontractors, overall customer satisfaction, and professional and ethical behavior.

Manage and maintain contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer's organization.

Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.

Develop and maintain an effective Project Management Plan and Quality Control (QC) program to include a schedule of deliverables and monthly reporting requirements.

Manage Profit / Loss contract responsibilities.

Support Business Development opportunities that are related to the individual's assigned contract and personal expertise.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of Top Secret clearance (SCI Eligibility)

Prior experience supporting Cybersecurity-related organizations (CISA preferred)

A minimum of ten (10) years' recent and relevant experience managing the subject task in a contract of similar size and scope.

Microsoft Office product proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

MUST hold an active PMP certification
