- Stakeholder Assurance: Work with stakeholders to provide assurance on MasterCard's technology and data management practices, including regulatory and customer requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of risk and compliance professionals to achieve business objectives and ensure effective risk management practices.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure that risk and compliance requirements are understood and implemented.
- Advanced Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of NIST, ISO, PCI, and other leading control frameworks.
- Risk and Compliance: Advanced understanding of risk and compliance associated with security and technology domains.
- Project Management: Substantial project management experience, preferably managing a team in a multi-project environment with short timelines.
- Communication: Excellent presentation skills and substantial presentation experience, preferably including executive level.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled at explaining complex technical problems succinctly and clearly, with a knack for finding solutions and solving problems where others don't.
