At Shamrock Foods Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to oversee the development of our products from start to finish. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the needs and preferences of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the overall vision of our products.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on changing requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to inform product vision, strategy, features, roadmaps, and prioritization.
- Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.
- Extract and retrieve data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer.
- Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process.
- Liaise with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
- 2+ years' experience in product development for a particular vertical.
- Intermediate SQL and data analysis skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of data modelling/visualization and user interface design.
- Intermediate reporting skills.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent consensus building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
