Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our team in New York, NY. As an IT Helpdesk Specialist, you will provide technical support to clients and manage client IT support operations. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in user operation support and strong attention to details with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, chat, or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for users experiencing technical issues
  • Maintain detailed records of support interactions and solutions provided
  • Collaborate with other IT departments to address complex issues and implement solutions

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in user operation support
  • Strong attention to details with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and patient while assisting frustrated or non-technical users
  • Knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, and common software applications
