Job Description: As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them warmly and ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they enter our store. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Welcoming and directing customers to the appropriate team member or department.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assisting customers with their purchases, including processing transactions and handling returns.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or service environment.
