Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Hatfield, Massachusetts.
Job SummaryThis is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, coordinating, planning, and delivering quality occupational therapy services to inpatients on Cooley Dickinson's West 5 unit.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and plan occupational therapy services for inpatients.
- Deliver quality occupational therapy services to meet the needs of patients.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school and licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Experience in a mental health setting is preferred, including the ability to facilitate groups.

Requirements- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school.

- De-escalation training within 90 days from hire, as well as on-going re-training as required.
