The Move Process Specialist position at College HUNKS Hauling Junk and Moving is responsible for evaluating and explaining the move process to clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and accurate move consultations
  • Follow up on open quotes and leads
  • Recommend alternate services and/or products based on cost, availability, or customer specifications
  • Assist in the achievement of financial goals and objectives by continually increasing sales and minimizing expenses
  • Cultivate relationships with apartment complexes, senior living facilities, realtors, and storage facilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or another related field
  • Minimum of one year of business, management, sales, or other relevant experience
  • Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively

Compensation:

Competitive base plus uncapped commission. Expected earnings $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
