We are looking for a Senior Engineering Program Lead to oversee the identification, quantification, and development of engineering standards and grid modernization resource opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage program vendors and other delivery contractors.
  • Analyze program opportunities and assist in department strategies and positions.
  • Develop data management tactics and reporting protocols to track program progress.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Engineering Registration (P.E.) preferred.
  • MBA.
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) and/or PgMP.
Estimated Salary: $115,900 - $136,300

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate employees.
