Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Eye Care Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for delivering the For Eyes Experience, ensuring all patients receive the highest quality optometric care, and supporting the Doctor in the routine practice of optometry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist patients with pre-examination testing, explain measurements, and answer questions.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on contact lens care and handling.
  • Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
  • Process shipments, invoices, and patient records accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate the POS system and maintain visual displays in accordance with company guidelines.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service skills and knowledge of current fashion trends.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
  • Organization and sales skills.
