Job Summary

The Eye Care Advisor is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless patient experience. As a representative of EssilorLuxottica, you will be the face of our brand, providing expert advice and guidance to customers on their eye care needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Doctor and Optician to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
  • Assist with the maintenance and organization of the store, including visual displays and inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and building trust.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends, providing expert advice to customers on their eye care needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to provide expert advice on eyewear.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, and/or optical.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
