About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Portfolio Development Manager, you will be responsible for supervising entire on-site staff, including Assistant Property Managers, Leasing Consultants, Maintenance Supervisors, and other personnel.

The successful candidate will demonstrate ability to understand financial goals, operate assets in owners' best interest, and comply with Fair Housing, state, and federal laws. You will maintain accurate records of all community transactions and submit them on a timely basis. Additionally, you will ensure the property is rented to its fullest capacity by utilizing marketing strategies to secure prospective residents.

  • Demonstrate effective conflict resolution and customer service skills for interaction with tenants, vendors, and co-workers
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and exhibit professionalism in all interactions
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Knowledge of multiple PC software packages such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent organizational, communication (written/oral), and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and follow through on assignments with little direction
