In this position, you will:

  • Manage incoming calls to assist clients with payroll processing, input payroll and tax details, and respond to inquiries from clients across various states.
  • Acquire and maintain expertise in payroll processing systems and tax regulations to foster a reliable relationship with our clients.
  • Offer online assistance, troubleshoot issues, and manage escalated concerns.
  • Proactively enhance the client experience by swiftly resolving issues and focusing on effective one-call resolutions.
