Customer Support Specialist/Admin needed in St. Helena, CA 94574 Position is 100% onsite, Full Time, Contract role until February 2025, M-F 8am to 4:30pm work schedule, compensation $27.00/hr. D.O.E.


JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. You will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of tasks. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to clients, managing logistics and scheduling, and performing accurate data entry tasks. If you have 3 years of experience in customer services, logistics, and data entry, we want to hear from you In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our company.


Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, or in-person

Coordinate logistics and scheduling for operations team

Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks

Maintain accurate records and databases

Assist with special projects as needed

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders


Requirements:

3 years of experience in customer services, logistics, and data entry

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
