Job Description: At Lavelle Industries Inc., we are looking for a talented Chemical Process Developer to join our Burlington R&D team. This role offers the right candidate astronomical possibilities in their work, with opportunities to work on a wide variety of projects and material applications.

You will investigate substances at atomic and molecular levels, analyze how they interact with each other, and develop new products and testing methods. Your responsibilities will include analyzing substances, planning research projects, writing technical reports, and presenting findings to colleagues.

As a key member of our team, you will also assist R&D and Chemistry Lab staff by researching alternative materials, contacting suppliers, and instructing engineers and technicians on chemical processing and test procedures.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years in a lab research environment.
  • Experience in online research; includes appropriate searches, disseminating information, and summarization of information for delivery to colleagues/teams.
  • Rubber, rheology of rubber and molding processing experience is required.
