About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team at IntelyCare. As a nursing assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in various post-acute facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any concerns to the nursing team
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents and their families
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements
  • Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
