Responsibilities of the LPN Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for providing compassionate care to residents in post-acute facilities, monitoring their physical and mental conditions, and tracking their vital signs. You'll also be responsible for performing resident intakes, documenting medical histories, and administering medications.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Current New Hampshire State License: You must be licensed to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of New Hampshire.
  • Education and Experience: You must have completed an approved Licensed Practical Nurse educational program and have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an LPN or related role.
  • Physical Demands: You must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be able to perform the physical demands of the role.
